For years, I was a master of performance. I built businesses, led teams across two countries, and operated within a “blueprint” that was never actually mine. I was running a race I hadn’t chosen, fueled by an energy that wasn’t sustainable.

In March 2020, that performance ended.

What followed was a radical dismantling of everything I thought I knew about success, healing, and my own neurospicy mechanics. I realised that “fixing” myself was a trap—what I actually needed was to master the internal architecture that had been there all along.

My work bridges the gap between science, mindfulness, and philosophy, creating a space where healing is holistic and deeply transformative. Inspired by the African philosophy of Ubuntu—“I am because we are”—I believe in the power of connection, community, and shared growth.
