    • Step 2: Recovery Sessions
      Through 5x 90-minute sessions, we’ll focus on actionable steps to help you reclaim your mindset and rebuild your life. These sessions may include a mix of coaching, mindfulness, and energy healing to address both your mental and physical well-being.

    • Step 3: Book your In Person/Zoom Appointments
      Most clients choose the Zoom option for convenience and time saving. I do also offer in person coaching on the Gold Coast.

    • Step 3: Ongoing Support
      After the initial sessions, we can continue working together on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on your progress and ongoing goals.
