We’ll unpack what’s getting in the way, explore how you want your days to feel, and design simple structures that actually support you. Together, we’ll also look at boundaries, saying no to what drains you, and saying yes to the things that matter most.
You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a personalised set of next steps to help you move forward without pressure or guilt.

In this session we begin by exploring the situations where you feel stress, overwhelm, or anxiety, and how these patterns show up in your daily life.
I’ll introduce you to simple nervous system principles — how emotions and past experiences can live in the body — and practical ways to work with them.
You’ll then be guided through a short breathwork practice designed to activate the parasympathetic state, helping your body shift into calm and safety. From there, we’ll work together to identify realistic strategies you can use between sessions, so you have clear tools to apply when stress or anxiety increases.
