Welcome to NALU Breathwork, a powerful healing modality that blends ancient Hawaiian wisdom with modern somatic practices to bring you back home to yourself.
NALU is a Hawaiian word that means to go with the flow, to meditate, to ponder. It also refers to the rhythmic flow of waves—and that’s exactly what NALU Breathwork invites you into: a state of rhythmic, conscious connection with your own breath, your own body, and your own inner knowing.
This breathwork technique is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to breathe through what’s been stuck, hidden, or shut down. Through a guided, somatic breath process, NALU Breathwork helps you access deeper emotional layers, stored trauma, and subconscious patterns—and release them, naturally and gently.
NALU Breathwork is trauma-informed and body-respecting. Instead of forcing anything, you’re guided to listen to what’s already within you. For many neurodivergent people (like those with ADHD or autism), this can feel incredibly grounding and safe.
2. It activates your body’s natural healing system.
When you breathe deeply and rhythmically, your nervous system begins to shift out of fight-or-flight and into a more restful, open state. This is where real transformation happens—when your body feels safe enough to let go.
