By booking any service, program, course, or retreat with Timeless Healing, Coaching and Breathwork, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms cover but are not limited to payment requirements, cancellation and refund policies, confidentiality, and limitations of service. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood the accompanying Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of services and/or legal action.
Service Scope Disclaimer
Timeless Healing, Coaching and Breathwork provides holistic wellness and coaching support that complements—but does not replace—services offered by licensed healthcare professionals, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other allied health practitioners.
Our services are rooted in lived experience, ongoing study, and personal practice in healing, coaching, and breathwork. We are not licensed therapists or allied health providers, and we do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
If at any time we determine that your needs are beyond the scope of our services, or if there is a perceived risk of harm to yourself or others, you will be referred to the appropriate professional services or authorities.
All information shared via this website, programs, or sessions is intended for general educational and personal development purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, psychological, or legal advice.
In emergencies, please contact emergency services, your local hospital, or Lifeline.
Courses, Programs, and Retreats – Booking & Cancellation Policy
When registering for any course, program, or retreat through Timeless Healing, Coaching and Breathwork:
Payment Terms
A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the course or retreat start date.
If booking within 30 days of the start date, full payment is required upfront.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a refund, minus the registration fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund, excluding the registration fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
If rescheduled within 14 days, the full amount may be transferred to a future course or retreat, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Special Consideration
In genuine cases of hardship or unforeseen personal circumstances, refund decisions may be made on compassionate grounds and at the sole discretion of Timeless Healing, Coaching and Breathwork.
Force Majeure
In the event that a course, program, or retreat is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, war, or extreme weather events), every effort will be made to reschedule or transfer your booking. Refunds under such conditions are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy – One-on-One Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee, unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the session.
If a session is cancelled by us, no compensation is payable; however, we will aim to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.
Privacy Policy & Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all clients.
All personal information shared will be kept strictly confidential unless:

You provide written consent to share information.
We use industry-standard data protection practices; however, please note that no online system can be completely secure. By engaging with our services, you accept these limitations and agree to the handling of your information as outlined.

Limitations of Service
Timeless Healing, Coaching and Breathwork does not currently offer services to individuals actively struggling with substance addiction, including heavy drug or alcohol use.
We do offer support to individuals experiencing:
Addictive behaviors (e.g., excessive phone use, food cravings, people pleasing, codependency)
Family-related challenges around addiction
Emotional regulation and mindset coaching for neurodiverse adults (ADHD/autism)
We do not specialize in treating sex/porn addiction, gambling, or other high-risk behavioral disorders.
