All my coaching sessions are held via Zoom.
Once we have established a safe space, we turn our cameras off so that you can fully zone out without any distractions. You are guided by my voice, through questions and reflections I help you reach those areas of your subconscious mind you might not be fully aware of.
This process is forward focused and empowering. Even after just one session you will notice a difference in the way you view your world.
How many coaching sessions one would need is deeply individual. If you have one small issue you would like to work on, or gain clarity in, 3 sessions can be plenty.
Some prefer to have a coach by their side for several years, an alley, a safe space to vent and to grow.
If you aren’t sure how many sessions to start with, book in for an orientation session.
Please know if you book a smaller package of sessions, we can always upgrade you to a bigger package.
After our Clarity session, where we establish the key areas you’d like to work on, we estimate how many sessions you may need.
